Sensorise SmartBox

Industrial edge computing

Connect Sensorise SmartScrews and other industrial sensors and equipment to the world. The SmartBox acts as a gateway and was designed with maximum flexibility in mind so it can be adapted to any customer need – online as well as offline, onshore as well as offshore, on bridges as well as in tunnels.

  • Live view of sensor data

Customize and dynamically change the live data dashboard.
  • Flange setup

Add several sensors to logic groups - like SmartScrews in a flange.
  • Configure IO-Link masters

4 and 8 channel IO-Link masters are supported via MODBUS TCP.
  • Freely name input channels

Input channel names can be freely named.
  • Sensor calibration

Set calibration values manually or automatically in guided installation routine.
  • Temperature compensation

Eliminate temperature-drift from sensor data by using additional temperature data.
